As of May 06, 2026 project was awarded to J&J Schlaegel Inc, awarded amount is $256,264.97 The project involves the construction of two new sections of concrete sidewalk along the east side of Avery Road. The work also includes stormwater drainage improvements, a public sanitary sewer extension, and all related work. Bidders must register and set up to bid electronically on the specified platform, furnish a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Ohio law, and submit evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors are required, to the extent practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Payment of prevailing wages is required. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
