The City of Ontario is seeking bids for the procurement of electrical gear for the Flight Tower Restaurant project. The scope includes furnishing all electrical gear shown on the drawings and specified in the contract documents. The selected vendor shall provide the following services: 1. Furnish all electrical gear on the drawings and specifications. 2. Furnish all shop drawings and allow 3 weeks for design approval. 3. Perform all testing prior to delivery to the City Yard. Payment for materials will be provided after delivery is confirmed at the City Yard. 4. Deliver gear to the City Yard, including equipment and labor to unload from the truck and load into the City Yard. 5. Include pick up from City Yard to the project site at a future date. 6. Equipment must be delivered to the City Yard by December 1, 2026. See the liquidated damages clause for late delivery. Installation is not included and will be awarded under a separate future solicitation. No substitutions will be considered unless a written request for approval has been received with all required supporting documents by the specified deadline. Insurance limits are non-negotiable and certification as specified in Bid Documents is required. Bidders are solely responsible for timely electronic submission of their bids. Only bids with an e-bid confirmation number and timestamp from the Bid Management System will be considered. The bidder must ensure proper use of the bid management system, internet capability, and document upload. All forms must be completed to be responsive. Award will be made by City Council. All questions must be submitted through the City's Online Bid Management System.
