Anticipate Contract Term 1-year contract. The Prime Bidder must be a Licensed A Contractor in California and self-perform at least 35% of the total work of this project. If the bidder/proposer does not hold this license the bid/proposal will be deemed non-responsive and rejected pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15(e). The bid/proposal must be accompanied either by a check certified by a responsible bank, or a cashier's check issued by a responsible bank, or a corporate surety bond of a responsible surety company for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, payable to the order of the Ontario International Airport Authority, as a guarantee that the bidder/proposer to whom the contract is awarded will enter into the proposed contract and furnish the required bonds and as liquidated damages for any loss which may accrue from failure to do so; such payment, however, not to preclude recovery by OIAA or any amount over and above said sum to which OIAA sustains damage by reason of such failure or refusal. The annual Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds shall be for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the annual contract amount. The north airfield is served by Runway 8L-26R and Taxiway November which is a full length parallel taxiway. Taxiway Golf located approximately 4300-ft east of the FedEx Runway 8L blast pad serves the Amazon Ramp and FIS apron at Ontario International Airport. Taxilane Golf provides a safe pavement route to those aircraft accessing Amazon ramps from Taxiway November. Taxilane Golf received fog seal (surface treatment) in Feb of 2025 when Terminal 1 apron was rehabilitated. There is a Taxilane Golf pavement section approximately 650-ft long that has exceeded the intended design service life of 20-years and the airport authority wants to perform a pavement improvement project to extend the service life of the pavement area, by removing and replacing the existing asphalt pavement section to the compacted subgrade Est.Value- $2.2M
