Sealed prime bids are invited for the Arroyo Elementary School - Playground Replacement Project. All bids must be submitted on the provided forms via Bonfire. Bidders are required to possess a B License at the time contracts are awarded and must perform a majority of the work if classified as a specialty contractor. The project duration is 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice of Award, with liquidated damages imposed for any delays beyond this period. If additive/deductive bid alternates are included, all bidders must price these, but the lowest bid will be determined based on the base contract amount only. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidders security equal to at least 10% of the maximum bid amount. Successful bidders must provide performance and payment bonds, insurance certificates, and any other required documents. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with prevailing wage laws, maintain proper licensing, and furnish certified payroll records. Bids must strictly conform to all contract documents, and the district reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive irregularities.
