Contractor will prepare the floor as required for installation. Contractor shall be required to visit all areas of work to verify existing room conditions, dimensions, and cabinet locations prior to submitting this bid. Fort Hays State University reserves the right to award purchases by carpet/tile type, manufacturer, or project, whichever is deemed to be in the university's best interest. Awards will not be made by individual rooms. Show pricing as identified on bid sheet.
