Major components of the work include procurement of a solids dewatering system including screw press, solids feed pump, polymer feed system, conveyor, and controls, along with the equipment, materials, installation assistance, start-up assistance, and operator training specified. Installation of the electrical service needed will be completed by a contractor to be procured separately. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Questions should be submitted in writing to Cameron Bruce at cbruce@sehinc.com no less than 5 days prior to the Bid Opening. Questions received less than three days prior to the bid opening may not be answered. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The equipment must meet American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements. The PUC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the PUC.
