Site work and paving for a civil project in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The project is for the construction of a public road, including extension of water main, sewer, and storm sewer from Viking Drive easterly approximately 785 LF to Explorers Drive. The project also consists of grading, base course, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, a storm water basin, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the contract documents. All bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN.com with an EJCDC C-430 Bid Bond equal to five percent of the bid and accompanied by Bid Form 00 41 43. The contractor is required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The City reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
