Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the construction of the KWU 2026 Sanitary Sewer Televising Package at various locations in the City of Kenosha. The base bid includes 157,100 linear feet of 6 inch to 99 inch sanitary sewer main cleaning and televising. The alternate bid includes 9,350 linear feet of 84 inch to 96 inch sanitary sewer main televising and multi-sensor inspection, all according to the provided specifications. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Each bid must include the full name of every interested party and be accompanied by a contract and bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check for five percent (5%) of the bid as a guarantee. The successful bidder must furnish Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance as specified. The Kenosha Water Utility reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid considered most advantageous. Bidders must submit a completed "Bidder's Proof of Responsibility" form at least five calendar days before the bid opening. Access to plans, specifications, and required forms is available online through the Kenosha Water Utility website, with a fee for downloaded bid documents.
