The City of Pasadena Public Library is seeking a General Contractor for the proposed phased project that consists of interior alterations including selective demolition to create a new interior opening and the construction of a new interior corridor. The project includes all work to be performed at the Hastings Branch Library, located at 3325 Orange Grove Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107, as detailed in the attached Construction Drawings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related incidentals necessary to complete the construction in accordance with City-approved Construction Drawings, applicable State of California and City of Pasadena ordinances, codes, and regulations, and project specifications and drawings.
