The Town of Los Gatos is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide routine maintenance services for decorative, non-contact fountains located at Los Gatos Town Hall, 110 E. Main St, Los Gatos, CA 95030, and a public splash pad (spray ground) located at Plaza Park in Los Gatos, Montebello Way, Los Gatos, CA 95030. These facilities have different operational purposes and regulatory requirements. The decorative fountain is ornamental and not intended for public contact. The splash pad is a public water feature for recreational use, regulated as a public aquatic facility under California law. The selected contractor shall provide comprehensive inspection, water quality management, mechanical system oversight, preventative maintenance, and reporting services to ensure all facilities remain safe, operational, and aesthetically maintained.
