Site work for a development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The work will be done under one prime contract that includes General, Demolition, Excavation, Landscape, and Irrigation construction. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of trees and shrubs (including trunks, branches, roots, and stumps); soil excavation, removal, and disposal; procurement of plant material with selections by HGA; tree, shrub, and perennial planting, sod repair, including planting soil, mulching, and edging; and irrigation system repair and additions. Bidders must meet qualification requirements, including completion as a Prime Contractor of at least two contracts of similar scope and value ($300,000 or greater) with Substantial Completion since 2020, or up to three qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others, also of similar scope and value. There is a 10% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG ED VO) subcontracting goal. Bidders are highly encouraged to review the insurance requirements in the project manual before submitting a response. All applicable attachments in the Response Form must be completed and uploaded before submitting a bid. If any Plan Holder is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Plans and Specifications, submit a written request to the Architect for an interpretation of that part. Any interpretation or change will be made only by an addendum which is numbered, dated, and shall be made available on the QuestCDN Plan Room. The State or Architect will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretations of the documents. This project has a 10% Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and VeteranOwned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established.
