**As of May 14th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Dynamic Drain Technologies LLC for $210,000.** Remove blockages, rehabilitate approximately 510 linear feet of 3"-4" cast iron sanitary sewer pipes using the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining method, and restore the structural integrity and operational functionality of the under-slab sanitary sewer system. Use advanced techniques and equipment to detect and locate any clogged, damaged, or defective under-slab sanitary sewer pipelines that are causing slow drainage and frequent blockages. Sitevisit Start Time: The tour will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Attendees who fail to arrive and check in by 10:00 AM may miss the opportunity to participate in the tour. GPO Staff will be present to sign in attendees. No more than two persons per company will be allowed to attend the site visit. Each potential offeror shall confirm the names of attendees along with the company name via email to Sara Chan, Contract Specialist (schan@gpo.gov) and Huseyin Men, COR (hmen@gpo.gov) no later than Monday, March 9, 2026 - 12:00PM EST. Question Deadline 03/18/2026 at 5:00 PM ET SCOPE The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to clean, inspect, and rehabilitate the nine identified sections of cast iron sanitary sewer piping using CIPP. The Contractor shall also perform limited excavation to access key connection points and restore excavated areas upon completion. This scope covers the inspection, cleaning, and rehabilitation of approximately 510 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines located in the building's basement. The contractor shall perform: o Pre and post CCTV inspection. o Cleaning all clogged sections. o Rehabilitation of all sections (approx. 510 ft) of deteriorated pipe using CIPP or more efficient and better method. o Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scanning of the basement floor prior to excavation. o Excavation of at least two (2) pits (each approximately 4 ft x 4 ft x 4 ft) to provide access for inspection, cleaning, and CIPP lining operations.
