The City of Ocala is seeking a contractor to provide a permanent, professionally designed monument sign, also referred to as a monolith sign, for Water Treatment Plant #1. The sign must portray a positive image and favorably represent both the City and the Water Resources Department, featuring neatness and attention to detail. It will serve as a wayfinding solution indicating the entrance to Water Treatment Plant #1 and display the City's brand and professionalism, forming the first impression of the facility. The sign will be located inside the fenced area of the plant at 1808 NE 36th Avenue, just south of the main automatic gate. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting in order to submit a bid.
