Sealed bids are invited for the Cherry Hill East High School Site Improvements, Bid# 2526-35. Bidders are responsible for submitting their bids in an opaque sealed envelope, marked with the name of the Bidder, Project, and Bid#, to the specified address by the deadline. Bidders must submit a Single Bid for all work and materials and must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) with the appropriate DPMC classification for the work to be performed. Prime Subcontractors must also be pre-qualified by DPMC with the relevant classification. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check, or Bid Bond for 10% of the Base Bid (maximum $20,000.00). The project is governed by New Jersey law, including prequalification of bidders, prevailing wage rates, use of domestic materials, and ownership disclosure certification. Bidders and Prime Subcontractors must be registered under the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. Each Bid Package must include a surety company's certificate stating it will provide a bond in the required amount. The right to reject all bids or waive minor informalities is reserved.
