The Housing Authority of the City of Huntsville (HHA) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to furnish and install heavy-duty steel security storm doors at Searcy Homes, a public housing residential development consisting primarily of ground-level residential units with exterior entries exposed to weather and high resident traffic. Doors must be durable, vandal-resistant, and appropriate for a public housing environment. All materials shall be new and free from defects SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to: Remove and discard existing storm doors Furnish and install new 36" x 80" steel security storm doors Quantity: 160 steel security storm doors Ensure all doors are fully operational and securely installed Contractor shall field verify all measurements prior to ordering materials.
