Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available upon request and payment from Remington & Vernick Engineers. Bids must be submitted on the prepared bid form, enclosed in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and reference to the work. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but not more than $20,000.00 of the amount bid, and a certificate letter from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with the completion bond. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and business registration proof for both contractor and any named subcontractors.
