Proposals are invited for additions to Central High School for the Coosa County School District in Rockford, Alabama. All General Contractors must visit and examine the site prior to bidding. Contractors must hold general liability and workman's compensation insurance. The project is to be bid excluding taxes, with submissions required on forms provided by the Architect. A certified check or Bid Bond of not less than five percent of the bid amount, and not exceeding $10,000, must accompany the proposal. Performance and payment bonds are required at contract signing. Bidders must be licensed as required by Alabama law and display their license number on the proposal envelope. Project documents may be reviewed online via the Architect's website. All requests for information or clarification must be submitted using the specified RFI and RFA forms found in the project manual via email; other forms of inquiries will not be accepted.
