**As of April 20th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Grand Valley Recreation Center in Battlement Mesa, CO is requesting bids to dismantle the existing drop in fiberglass hot tub and the previous concrete hot tub in which the drop in sits. This includes jack hammering out the existing concrete tub below and removing all the existing mechanicals to operate the hot tub. Following demolition and removal, the bid should include new hot tub construction, fully tiled interior, plumbing, mechanicals, circulation pump, underwater therapeutic jets with pump, underwater lights, filtration system, and heat exchanger from a glycol-supplied system Construction timeline will be 9.7.26-1.13.27 Question Deadline 03/13/2026 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All official communication with Candidates and questions regarding this RFQP will be via email to the Owner's Representative, Dynamic Program Management, at katie.droxler@dynamicpm.com with a cc to smatzl@pbmprd.org
