Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kodiak, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The CONTRACTOR shall complete the Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: St. Paul Harbor Repairs and Upgrades PN 25-03/850043 Work is as follows Wrap 15 existing wooden piles with fiberglass shell and grout, Demolish exiting ladders, Provide new ladders and associated appurtenances, and Metalize existing pilings on Dock 1 and Dock 2 as described in the plans and specification prepared by PND Engineers Inc. (Dock 1 and 2 Repair and Metalizing 6 pages). Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the City Engineer and shall arrive at least 7 Calendar Days prior to the date for opening Bids. Sealed Bids are invited for the St. Paul Harbor Repairs and Upgrades PN 25-03/850043. Bidding Documents can be examined at the Engineering Department or downloaded online. A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid is required with surety acceptable to the City. The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
