Annual lead dust removal and cleaning services are required for the Small Arms Firing Range to maintain a safe, compliant, and fully operational training environment. The contractor shall provide comprehensive lead abatement services including HEPA vacuum cleaning of all affected surfaces, air and dust sampling, hazardous waste handling and disposal, and full project management in compliance with applicable OSHA and U.S. Coast Guard standards. Services shall be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to operations while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance. The requirement includes a one-year base period with two one-year option periods, and all work shall support continued mission readiness and safe use of the firing range facilities. Base Year Period of Performance: August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027 Location: Small Arms Firing Range (SAFR), Building N63, Anton Larson Road, Kodiak, Alaska 99619. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
