Renovate LAF Space BEB SDM Microbiome Center. All bid packages must be submitted electronically via email to UB-Compliance@buffalo.edu, including the Project #2025-071 and the contractor name in the subject line. No hand-delivered or courier-delivered bids will be accepted. A walk-through site inspection will be held, and all interested parties should assemble at UB South Campus, in the ground floor lobby of the Biomedical Education Building. Failure to participate in the walk-through inspection will not be grounds for extra compensation due to field conditions encountered on this project. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. All bidders must submit vendor responsibility documents, insurance documents, and all required state forms at the time of submitting their bid. The required documents are listed as follows: New York State Finance Law forms, Omnibus Procurement Act forms, Public Officers Law form, insurance certificates, MWBE forms, Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire, Subcontractor Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire for contracts over $100,000, NY Human Rights Law Executive Order 177 Certification, NYS Finance Law certifications, Non-collusive Bidding Certification, and Department of Labor Certificate of registration.
