Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Asphalt Pavement Program in the Village of Moreland Hills, Ohio, to be performed according to plans and specifications prepared by the Village Engineer. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings can be examined online or purchased to become a Registered Bidder. Each bid must be submitted on the provided Proposal Form and accompanied by a bank or cashier’s check, money order, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, as a guarantee of contract entry and surety bond provision for one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid. Bids must be marked "2026 Asphalt Pavement Program." The Village reserves the right to accept any bidder, reject any or all bids, and waive informalities as deemed in its best interest. State regulations regarding labor, wage rates, and hours of employment apply.
