Demolition and renovation of a multi-residential development in Ingleside, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 98-unit multi-residential development.
The work consists of the installation of replacement HVAC systems in 98 dwelling units, including the removal or demolition of existing equipment, installation of new HVAC systems, necessary alterations, and all work specified and/or shown on the drawings. Bids must include all work until completion as specified. Bidders are required to submit a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid from a company listed on the U.S. Treasury Department's approved surety list. The successful bidder must furnish and pay for all satisfactory performance and payment bonds, workers compensation, and vehicle liability, with bonds from an approved surety company. All wages and salaries must meet minimum Davis Bacon requirements. Equal Employment Opportunity provisions must be observed. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for 90 days from bid opening without the consent of the Housing Authority. Question Deadline 04/07/2026
