The approximate quantities include: 4,200 tons of asphaltic concrete paving, 10,800 SY of asphaltic concrete pavement milling, 11,200 SY of asphaltic concrete pavement pulverizing, 2,400 LF of concrete curb and gutter replacement, 160 SY of concrete driveway and sidewalk replacement, 5,000 LF of two-foot-wide recycled aggregate shouldering, spot storm sewer repairs, traffic control, and restoration and erosion control. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect Bidders must pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms provided by the Director of Public Works Each bidder shall pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms furnished by the Director of Public Works. Such forms shall be filed with the Director of Public Works no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, March 16, 2026. The City of De Pere reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the City.
