The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Purchase of Replacement Mixers for Digesters 1 and 2 at the F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center for the Department of Water Resources. Please Note: Ineligible Source List During the period for which a person/firm has been debarred or suspended, or placed on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, that person/firm shall not submit or cause to be submitted offers, quotes, bids, or proposals, etc. to Gwinnett County, even when automatically or electronically distributed a notification or notified of a solicitation request. Submittals from firms currently on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered. Questions regarding bids should be directed to Anna West, Purchasing Associate II, at Anna.West@GwinnettCounty.com or by calling 770-822-7862, no later than March 27, 2026. Bids are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate. Award will be made to the contractor(s) submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible vendor(s) at its discretion.
