Reference Number 0000414777 The selected firm will conduct testing on construction materials such as soils, foundations, concrete, steel reinforcement, mortar, and asphalt for a project consisting of two single-story buildings: a 28,936 SF Utilities Administration Building with offices, training rooms, locker rooms, and an attached warehouse, and a separate 9,395 SF warehouse with office and storage space. Both structures feature steel framing, CMU walls with brick and metal panels, full fire protection, and MEP systems, along with site improvements including re-grading, new fill, parking, and lighting. The project will be delivered under a Construction Manager at Risk contract, with construction expected to begin in spring 2026 and occupancy anticipated in late 2027.
