The City of Dublin (Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services for the State Economic and Infrastructure Development (SEID) Grant project. The project involves improvements to the Citys Wastewater Treatment Plant, including replacement of the headworks screening equipment. Services will include design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, inspection, and preparation of all SEID-required documentation. Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification 3/23/26 2:00PMD.
