A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** ESAD PROJECT #26007 Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and other necessary items for the construction of the Oak Street Spring Improvements in Statham, Georgia. The project involves the construction of a new spring drinking water treatment building, clearwell/chlorine contact chamber, submersible pumps, yard piping, electrical work, generator, telemetry, overflow metering system, and the demolition of the existing building and contact chamber. Completion of all work is required within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of a written Notice to Proceed.
