UWF seeks to establish one or more contracts for disaster debris removal, reduction, disposal and other emergency cleanup services following a debris-generating event, such as a tropical system or other natural and man-made disasters. Agreement award will be made to a pool of one or more responsive and responsible lowest Bidder(s). It is up to the discretion of the University which of the contractors are selected for individual projects under this contract. Award does not guarantee work. At any time, the University may choose to solicit quotes or bids for any project from the awarded contracts. An authorized representative of the responding vendor interested in submitting a response on this work must attend the Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference on Thursday, March 12, 2026 in UWF Building 92, Room 110 at 9:00AM CT on the University Main Campus, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, Florida, for the purpose of considering questions posed by respondents for interested parties for debris removal services.
