This is a repair and maintenance project for the existing elevators and dumbwaiters located in the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center constructed in 1991. The LEDC has a North Tower and South Tower: there are four (4) traction elevators and one (1) hydraulic elevator in the North Tower and three (3) traction elevators and two (2) dumbwaiters in the South Tower. This project has a goal of 10% MWBE participation. Please include the provided MWBE forms with all bids. If MWBE subcontractors require assistance with bonding or payment terms, please let us know. Blum Construction has the ability to create custom solutions to support a successful project outcome. Examples of Trade Partner Support: quick pay arrangements, modified insurance limits, bonding access or alternative bonding solutions, joint check agreements, prequalification assistance, disaggregation of bid packages, alternate options for financial statements prequalification requirements, break out of materials and equipment to support cash flow.
