Renovation of a municipal facility in Yazoo City, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 15, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work consists of interior plaster restoration, interior painting, and limited roof work. The Contractor is responsible for performing all work and furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and drawings. Sealed bids must be submitted for all labor, equipment, and materials as specified. Bidder Instructions: Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law and have a current Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors with the proper classification. The Contractors Certificate of Responsibility Number must appear on the Bid envelope. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on the form included in the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least five percent of the bid. A current financial statement may be required by the Owner. The successful bidder must furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each equal to 100 percent of the contract amount. Bid documents are available via paper copy or digital file, which must be ordered through www.bsaplanroom.com. Bids may also be submitted electronically through the same website. Yazoo County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
