Sealed lump sum bids are requested for the 2024 Capital Bond Project, Yorktown High School Concessions Building, specifically for Contract No. 2 - Mechanical Construction (MC). Refer to the bid documents for a detailed description of the scope of work for the referenced contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to Yorktown Central School District, in the form and subject to the conditions outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The accepted low bidder will be required to provide specified insurance as well as payment and performance bonds for the full contract sum. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days following the bid opening. The School District reserves the right to modify the bid submission time and date by Addendum. If the District Office is closed on the scheduled bid opening date for unforeseen circumstances, bids will be received and opened at the same time on the next business day the office is open.
