Sealed lump sum bids are invited for Contract No. 3 - Electrical Construction (EC) associated with the 2024 Capital Bond Project at Yorktown High School Concessions Building. Refer to the Bid Documents for a detailed description of the scope of work under this contract. Bidders must submit a bid bond of at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to Yorktown Central School District, in the form and under conditions described in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful low bidder will be required to provide specified insurance and payment and performance bonds for the full contract sum. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the bid opening. The School District reserves the right to modify submission times and dates by Addendum. In case the District Office is closed on the scheduled bid opening day, bids will be received and opened at the same specified time on the next business day that the office is open.
