Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lansing, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 400-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes the construction of electrical upgrades at the Bolton Point Raw Water Pump Station. The project consists primarily of the following: a new electrical building with approximate dimensions of 20' x 20'; HVAC for the new electrical building; site work for installation of the new building and electrical equipment; a new panelboard, transformer, and associated circuiting; new circuiting to support a relocated motor control center; installation of owner-supplied equipment including a 1,500kVA transformer, 1,600A automatic transfer switch, 1,600A main circuit breaker, and 1,600A motor control center; a new 35kV gang operated air break switch on an existing structure; and replacement of existing exhaust fans and starters in the existing pump room. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids that do not conform to the intent and purpose of the bidding documents. Instructions to bidders also state that an optional pre-bid conference will be held at the project location.
