Work consists of providing alongside aircraft refueling services, including the management, operation, and maintenance of Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel facilities, equipment, and systems. Services include receiving, storing, transferring, issuing, and accounting for Defense Working Capital Fund petroleum products while ensuring fuel quality, inventory accuracy, and environmental protection. The contractor will perform maintenance to ensure all facilities, vehicles, and systems remain fully operational to support mission requirements. Responsibilities include complying with all safety, environmental, and security directives; conducting personnel training; and maintaining operational readiness under normal conditions as well as during deployments, exercises, contingencies, inclement weather, and heightened security situations. The contractor will support base operations, airshows, special events, and continuous fueling requirements, including the operation and maintenance of self-service fueling stations providing 24/7 ground fuel support. All fueling activities must be conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established controls to ensure proper accountability and authorized use of fuel.
