Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Boswell, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and appurtenances for approximately 3,700 square feet of ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk along Ohio Street and State Route 0601 (Atkinson Way), including the installation of a crosswalk across State Route 0601. The project also includes a curb extension at the intersection of Ohio Street and Hower Avenue and a curb extension at the intersection of Allegheny Street and Hower Avenue. Bidders are required to submit a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. All work must be completed within 180 calendar days from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with state prevailing wage rates, labor compliance regulations, and the requirements of Executive Order 11246 regarding equal employment opportunity. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities. Document Notes : Deposits for Bid Documents should be made payable to Apex Companies, LLC.
