The project is subject to the conditions detailed in the Bid Invitation. Project includes a full reconstruction of Grace Ave from Plainville Road to Grove Ave. This work includes storm sewer, full pavement reconstruction, curb and sidewalk. The project also includes work to install a storm detention structure at the corner of Grace & Grove. Columbia Township is the Project Owner for construction. Review the entirety of these specifications for general rules, deadlines, and qualification requirements. All Bids must be entirely completed for consideration.
