Site work for a residential development in La Pine, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The City of La Pine is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to lead a master planning effort for the Cagle Subdivision, as detailed within the City's Request for Proposal. The City reserves the right to reject proposals not in compliance with the prescribed procedures and requirements set forth in the RFP and may reject for good cause any or all responses upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Responses are due to the City of La Pine no later than 4:00 P.M. on April 1, 2026 at 16345 Sixth Street, La Pine, OR 97739. Email submittals will not be accepted.
