Special jobs using federal monies for JETS, including on-call installation and/or replacement of sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways, ADA compliant ramps and level landings, truncated domes, and sidewalk drains. Prices must remain effective until March 31, 2027. This work is funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration. Adherence to the attached federal clauses is mandatory. All unit prices must be entered in the spaces provided. Any deviations should be noted on a separate page. The Suspension and Debarment Certification and the Statement of Bidder’s Qualifications must be executed, signed, notarized, and submitted with the bid. Bidders must review and acknowledge the federal guidelines provided. Upon award, the low bidder must submit a certificate regarding lobbying. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any bid. All pages, plus required certifications, must be returned for a complete bid. The successful bidder is responsible for any damage during work and for cleaning and hauling off debris from the worksite, both during and after completion of each project. Bids must be submitted on the provided form and signed, or they will be rejected. Bid number must be annotated on the bidder’s envelope. Addendums, if any, will be posted on the City’s purchasing webpage no later than one week before bid opening.
