Bids are sought for mowing services at East Mount and Forest Park Cemeteries. Bids must be submitted electronically through the specified eProcurement Portal or in a sealed envelope clearly marked "IFB: EAST MOUNT & FOREST PARK CEMETERY MOWING" and delivered to the Finance Office by the stated deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. The City of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, or readvertise as needed. Any requests for variations from the content of the Invitation for Bids must be made in writing to the Purchasing Agent no later than five calendar days before the bid receipt date. Orders for services will be placed by authorized City representatives. The vendor must provide delivery tickets signed by the accepting City employee. Supplies or services will be ordered via purchase order from the City Purchasing Agent and may be called for by various City Departments. There are no minimum or maximum order limitations unless stated otherwise. The contract may be extended for an additional 12-month period if price, delivery, and terms and conditions remain the same. The Supplier must furnish insurance as specified prior to final contract award, including Workman's Compensation, General Liability, Auto Public Liability, and Product Liability coverage. The bid proposal form requires pricing for mowing at East Mount Cemetery and Forest Park Cemetery. The Vendor Questionnaire must be completed, including a W9 and affirmation of equal opportunity employment and independent price determination.
