Hunt County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Construction Project Management firms registered to practice in the State of Texas to assist with the implementation and oversight of the I-30 Administrative Facility Construction Project, which is funded in whole or in part through ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. The selected Construction Project Manager will serve as the County's representative and be responsible for project coordination, construction oversight, contract administration, budget and financial review, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project closeout. All services must comply with ARPA guidance, 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), and applicable federal and state requirements. Firms must submit one marked original, four copies, and one electronic copy on USB of their sealed Statement of Qualifications, clearly marked with "RFQ #272-26." Hunt County reserves the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, or proceed otherwise in the best interest of the County. Price will not be used as a selection factor.
