Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Janesville is seeking proposals from contractors interested in providing Concrete Repair Services to repair locations damaged by water system repairs and water service replacement. The City intends to enter into a contract with a qualified and responsible Contractor for these services. Any Contractor desiring to provide these services must submit a proposal following the instructions and format outlined in the RFP document. Proposals must be received no later than 3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026. The City of Janesville ("City") seeks qualified firms ("Contractor") interested in providing concrete repair services throughout the City, including concrete curb & gutter removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete drive apron removal and replacement, and concrete street removal and replacement. Interested contractors will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City. The City will hire a contractor on an as-needed basis to perform work on facilities as needed throughout the construction season. Most of these needed repairs are the result of water main break repairs or Service repairs by City crews.
