Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Rock County Facilities Management is seeking quotes for their AHU Retrofit project at the Rock County Courthouse. The contractor is to provide labor hours to retrofit existing AHU controls on nine AHUs. The contractor must install, program, and commission Johnson Controls CGM-9090 and XPM module per AHU to control and operate. The contractor must integrate the newly installed controllers via the BACnet communication trunk (which will be installed by others). Rock County will provide one CGM-9090 and one XPM module per unit. If additional material is required, the contractor must notify Rock County for approval. Rock County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes; to waive any technicality or error in any bid or part therein, and to accept the same or combinations, in whole or in part, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Rock County.
