This work includes replacing the existing natural gas generator and transfer switch with new equipment. It also includes rewiring the existing exit lighting, interior corridor, and exterior egress lighting to comply with the latest codes. Additionally, the project involves upgrading the existing storage room in the basement to be 2-hour rated. Instructions to bidders, bid form, general conditions of the contract, specifications, and contract drawings are included as part of the specification manual. No bid may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening of bids nor prior to the award of the contract. Bid and Performance Bonds will be required. The Fond du Lac County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part or combination thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, or to accept any bid deemed to be most advantageous to the Board or redo the bidding process when deemed necessary.
