Site work for a clubhouse / community center in Dyer, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Sealed bids are invited for Central Park Event Center and Phase 2 Site Improvements in Dyer, Indiana. The bidding documents, including drawings and specifications, are available electronically via the Architect's Procore site. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, fully completed and executed State of Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2013), Non-Collusion Affidavit, Bid Bond, current Affirmative Action Program, and proof of meeting Ordinance 2016-18 requirements for both contractor and subcontractors. Successful bidders and all subcontractors must enter into a Project Labor Agreement consistent with Ordinance No 2010-09 and comply with the requirements of Ordinance No 2016-18. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid form. Bidders must be experienced in constructing similar types of facilities. The awarded contractor must furnish separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the contract price, before commencing work. The Town of Dyer, Redevelopment Commission, will consider all relevant facts and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to investigate bidder qualifications as necessary.
