Renovation of a military facility in Fort Lewis, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is a Scope of Work (SOW) for a barracks mechanical (HVAC) renovation project that is part of a Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC). Puget Sound Energy (PSE) in partnership with Energy Systems Group (ESG) was selected by the Army to perform a UESC at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM). There is a group of 6 dormitories built in 1977 with similar layouts (~50,000 square ft each) that are programmed to have current mechanical systems that are failing replaced one to two buildings at a time as funding becomes available This SOW is for a turnkey renovation project for completing the constructing as detailed in the attached Drawings for barracks 3761 at JBLM, WA.
