Scope of Work/Proposal Content questions Porter's Place Buildout IFB AAHC 26-1 and shall be e-mailed to Tom Pierce at TPierce@a2gov.org Scope of Work - This project is for finishing the buildout of the space known at Porter's Place in Dunbar Tower. The space has currently been built out to a white box state with some plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression installed. Completion of the project will involve the following: o Secure all required permits. o Partition the space. o Install the remaining plumbing required. o Install all wiring and low voltage, including data cabling. o Complete the HVAC. o Design and modify the fire suppression to correctly cover the space as modified and tie it back to the panel. Submit final design for approval of engineers. o Provide and install all lighting, switches, and dimmers. o Provide and install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. o Provide and install cabinets and counter tops. o Install all finishes, including trim and paint. o Install finish flooring. o Install audio and visual equipment in the Assembly Space, Group Meeting Room, and outdoor space as designated in the rear of the building and in the front of the building with connections to network and interface equipment. o Install all cabling required for printers, telecommunication, and wireless equipment including any required for ethernet or data cables, network drops, and required connections for all audio, visual, telecommunication, wireless, and peripheral equipment. o Install multi-zone, multi-room speaker wiring with microphone connections in the Assembly Space and Group Meeting Room, and the rear of the building as designated. o Install all cabling necessary for CCTV cameras. o Secure all required inspections and certificate of occupancy. o Certificate of Occupancy is to be obtained by August 15, 2026. o Warranty all work and material for a minimum of one year.
