The County of Northampton is soliciting bids for the Nor-Bath Trail East Extension Phase One project. Phase One of the project includes, but is not limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision and testing services to construct a shared-use path extending from Jacksonville Road in East Allen Township to a point approximately 650 feet north of Keystone Cement's northern most access drive. The trail is as a combination of asphalt and crushed aggregate surfaces, with widths ranging from 8 to 10 feet. Associated trail improvements include signage, fencing, pavement markings, erosion and sediment control facilities, and stormwater improvements. All work shall be completed in accordance with the bid documents and construction plan. The County reserves the right, for any reason, to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, as is deemed in the best interest of the County.
