Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Precision Stained Glass is accepting sealed bids for: Brick facade repair as well as chimney and soffit repair on the building Precision Stained Glass reserves the right to reject any and all bids. CHIMNEY FLASHING / REPAIR The flashing of the two chimneys must be replaced or repaired to prevent leaks into the structure . The work will be performed between the chimneys and the roofline . All work mustbe painted to blend into the brick to reduce any notice . The historic aesthetics must not be altered . SOFFIT REPAIR The needed soffit repair will be limited to a two -foot section on the very corner of the front porch . The finished work will blend dimensionally and in color to the existing structure . Thehistorical aesthetics must not be changed .
