Parking Lot Improvements to Sheriff's Fleet Eaton Park Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to mill, overlay, stripe, demo and concrete the Sheriff-Fleet Eaton Park parking lot. The Sheriff's-Fleet Eaton Park scope of works are as follows: Area A, 5" excavation, 3" base install ad 2" pave. Remove all extra dirt, grass and growth from approx. 461SY to a depth of 5" and install 3" of road base, crushed concrete materials, roll, level and pack proper density with steel wheel double drum roller and rubber tire traffic roller, apply asphalt emulsions tack coat to the project area for asphalt installation. Install asphalt 2" SP 9.5 TLC (FDOT Max RAP 40%) to the project area, roll, level and pack proper density using steel wheel double drum roller and rubber tire traffic roller. (see map Area A for location) Area B, Concrete repair, remove and replace 4' x 15' and 15' x 30'of existing 8" concrete and form, place and pour new concrete (see map Area B for location). Form, place and pour approx. 510 +- SF of 8", 3,500psi commercial concrete with fiber. Area C, mill 1" and pave 1.5" to designated areas (see map C for location) re-stripe parking stalls on concrete areas and add directional arrows and hashed area. Mill approx. 5,888 SY of existing asphalt to an average depth of 1", apply asphalt emulsions tack cost to the project area for asphalt installation. Install approx. 52,988 SF of hot mix asphalt (per FDOT approved mix design). Roll, level and pack to proper density using steel wheel double drum roller and rubber tire traffic roller. Re-paint all line stripes and symbols in the designated project area using FDOT certified traffic paint. Estimated Cost: $144,441.00 Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereby gives notice of sealed Request for Construction Quote (RFCQ) for providing all labor, material, equipment, permitting and supervision required to mill, overlay, stripe, demo and concrete the Sheriff's Eaton Park fleet parking lot (2815 Winter Lake Road, Lakeland, FL 33803). The County reserves the right to: accept or reject any or all construction quotations; to award the construction quotation in whole or in part; to limit and/or determine the actual services to be included in the construction purchase order. In the event that the County withdraws this construction quotation, or the County does not proceed for any reason, the County shall have no liability to any firm.
